We guarantee all merchandise sold through idAmericaNY.com . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 15 days, id America cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

To return an item:

1. Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
2. Include the original packing slip and your reason for return.
